Viewing Entries All entries are posted here on the Phoenix Information Centre in order for members to view them. This is done on a roll-on basis as the month progresses, after the first week is over, so you can see what you are up against in the competition. This innovation was started at the request of some of the members. Please remember, however, someone has to brave enough to post first ... if you all leave your entries to the last minute, the system will not work. Voting On 27th of each month, the competition is closed and the voting begins. An Email link is posted on this page for this purpose and all you have to do is send in a list of the three photographs you have rated first, second and third. You may use any criteria you like in making your choices, depending on whatever attracts you to the photographs ... this may be because you find the subject matter appealing, or because you admire the technical skill or simply because you are following an instinctive reaction to the picture. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your votes. If you do not receive an email, contact me either through the email link here or by posting a message on Phoenix Digital Photography and Multi Media Group. Winning Entries Once the entries have been voted on, the first three places will be displayed on Phoenix Digital Photography and Imaging and all entries will remain on here for approximately a week. |

Sending in your entries When you have your photographs ready to these parameters, email them to me, using this link. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your pictures. There are some things you can try if the link on this page doesn't work for you. 1. Use the Yuku messaging system on the Phoenix Yuku site (just click the little envelope at the top left of the page) and enclose your photograph via the message board that opens. 2. If you have a storage site where you keep photographs, load your entries there and email me the URL (again using the Yuku messaging system). |
